Monika is a wonderful yoga teacher. I only started practicing in September 2023 and she made me fall in love with yoga! I joined her Yoga Retreat in Spain and it was an amazing and insightful experience. This was my first retreat I’ve been on and I couldn’t have asked for anything more, it was well organised and Monika supported us as much as she possibly could.Thank you!!!!

Monika is a wonderful yoga teacher. I attend her yoga classes and retreats and recommend to everyone! Monika’s classes include meditation, breathing and yoga, Monika teaches with passion, compassion and amazing knowledge. Encouraging us to learn and grow. The retreats feel like a great opportunity to reset, I have felt great after attending each retreat. Above all, Monika is kind and has built a beautiful yoga community!

I truly felt welcomed and enjoyed my day and want to thank the efforts Monika put in throughout day which was so well planned and thoughtful. Thank you for being such an inspirational yoga teacher and a wonderful host. The yoga sessions, Sound bath and wellbeing sessions helped me with relaxation, self-discovery, and physical well-being through the day.I have to mention, your homemade delicious speed of food at lunch and over the day made the day complete in lovely company of other yogis.Monika I have new understanding of journal writing and have included in my practice. Monika is a very special yoga teacher with a wonderful soul and I feel very lucky to have met her. She is super knowledgeable and brings a holistic and inclusive approach to her yoga which is really special. My yoga has really progressed over the past few months thanks to Monika's guidance. Monika is a beautiful soul who teaches with compassion and kindness.
