Every single class that I took part in with Monika has been helpful, impactful, energising and relaxing at the same time! I have practised different types of yoga over the last 6 years and this is the best all around class to learn about yoga and have an impactful class. Monika is very professional, empathetic and supportive. I recommend her class to anyone looking to learn about yoga, breathing techniques and meditation.

Attending Monika’s yoga classes to me can be compared to spending a full day in a spa. They are simply the most beautiful, thoughtful and creative sessions. I love to partake in them as my work life allows and my daughter and I attend together because she loves it just as much as I do. Monika is so knowledgeable and such a warm and welcoming teacher. A true highlight was a session in which she used candle light, beautiful inspiring music, my favourite asanas and then during Savasana incense and light massage was used. I literally had the happiest of tears rolling down my cheeks. It really was a special moment. Thank you.
I’ve tried several yoga classes over the years and always found that they were not physically or mentally challenging enough, so I often found myself sticking to YouTube yoga videos at home. Monika’s yoga sessions are the first in person sessions I’ve attended where I’ve come away feeling challenged and relaxed in equal measures. She is so kind and welcoming and makes everyone feel at ease, whether it’s their first time or they’ve been coming to her classes for a while. It is so evident how passionate she is about yoga and how she loves sharing that passion with her students.
I like that in each class there is an element of relaxation or meditation and also that she gives some small insight into the philosophy of yoga.
I feel inspired and lifted by her devotion to her practice.
