Seeking solace and strength, I attended my first yoga class and instantly felt its profound impact. Unlike any other fitness practice, yoga touched me deeply, igniting a passion that continues to guide and inspire me.

At Monika Wellbeing, I bring my passion for yoga and my extensive training from India, the birthplace of this ancient practice. This enriching experience has provided me with a deep understanding of yoga’s history, philosophy, and traditional techniques. Yoga has transformed my perspective on life, helping me realize the power of thought. “There is nothing in this world that can hurt you as much as your thoughts, and there is nothing in this world that can’t heal, or create the future that you want, as much as your thoughts.”

I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their true potential and lead a balanced, harmonious life. For me, yoga is a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. My teaching style blends traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation, enriched with spiritual teachings. It is designed to strengthen your body, enhance flexibility, empower you with courage and inner strength, and help you realize your full potential.
